Who We Support
Sharing Faith – Giving Life
Since 1922, Missio has been the Catholic Church’s official charity for overseas mission. They bring the hope of the Gospel where there is turmoil, poverty and uncertainty in the world, and where the Church is new, young or poor.

CAFOD stands for the Catholic Agency For Overseas Development. They are an international development charity and the official aid agency of the Catholic Church in England and Wales.
They stand beside people living in poverty – whatever their religion or culture. Through local church partners, they help people directly in their own communities, and campaign for global justice, so that everyone can reach their full potential.
The Society of St Vincent de Paul (SVP) is an international Christian voluntary organization dedicated to tackling poverty and disadvantage by providing practical assistance to those in need.
In our parish the SVP offer practical support through visits and providing aid to those in our community who are in need. They meet on a regular basis for prayer and to discuss their outreach in our community.
SPUC is the oldest pro-life campaigning and educational organisation in the world. It works to protect human lives at a national and local level, and to build a society free from abortion.
They aim to raise public awareness of the facts of pro-life issues through education, letter writing campaigns, petitions and peaceful witness on the streets. They produce a large amount of literature concerning the latest threats to life.
